AUS vs NZ, T20 World Cup 2021: डेवॉन कॉनवे बने न्‍यूजीलैंड टीम के 'मेंटर', चोट के कारण फाइनल से हो गए थे बाहर

AUS vs NZ, T20 World Cup 2021: Devon Conway named 'mentor' of New Zealand team, was ruled out of the final due to injury

New Delhi. The final of the T20 World Cup 2021 will be played between Australia and New Zealand (New Zealand vs Australia). Both teams will try to win their first title. However, before the final, the New Zealand team suffered a major blow in the form of wicketkeeper-batsman Devon Conway, who has been ruled out due to injury. Conway has been replaced by Tim Seifert, who was a hero in the semi-finals.

Conway can't play in the final but he is doing his best to give his team the first trophy of the T20 World Cup. After being knocked out of the final, Conway is now playing the role of mentor to the Kiwis, especially Tim Seifert.

New Zealand recently shared a video in which Conway is seen helping Seifert in a practice session. He has a bandage on one hand and is practicing Sefert with the other hand.

In fact, in the first semi-final against England, Conway played a key role in the Kiwi team's victory. He put the team in trouble by playing an innings of 46 runs, but after being out, his right hand hit the bat hard due to which his hand was broken. He scored 129 runs at an average of 32.25 in 6 matches in this tournament. Seifert, 26, has a strike rate of over 120 in both ODIs and T20s. Right-handed batsman Seifert has scored 703 runs in 36 T20 Internationals with a strike rate of 132.
